HI! I'm Laura, nice to meet you.

Hi, I’m Laura — a maternity, newborn, and family photographer based in Arlington, Massachusetts, serving Boston and the surrounding areas. I’m also a wife of almost ten years and a proud mom to three amazing kids, ages 6, 7, and 9. Our home is full of laughter, energy, and the occasional chaos — the kind of beautiful, everyday moments I live to capture for others.

My love for art started early. As a child, I begged for an easel and paints, and later took photography classes in high school, where I first discovered the magic of preserving a moment in time. Nearly ten years ago, I started my photography business with little more than a dream, a used camera, and an old Wii I traded in to make it happen. But the true spark came from a difficult experience with my own son’s photo session. I left feeling like we deserved better — and I knew other families did too. That challenge lit a fire in me, and I’ve been growing, learning, and creating ever since.

Today, I specialize in creating a heartfelt, customized experience for every family I work with. Whether it’s a tender newborn session, a glowing mama-to-be, or a full family heirloom portrait, I aim to make each moment feel effortless, connected, and timeless. I work closely with each client to design prints, albums, and artwork that tell their story with warmth and intention.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me with a coffee in hand (or makeup brush!), chasing sunshine in Maine with my family, dancing at a live concert, or enjoying a quiet moment in my garden — a new passion that brings a little calm to our loud, love-filled home. I love sweatpants just as much as I love dressing up with a full face of glam, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
